Victoria Spadaccini (Past Speaker)

Victoria directs and produces world-class, market-leading conferences that empower thought leaders, develops industry pioneers, and helps push industries forward. She is thrilled to spearhead Logichem 2019 and believes that through hard work, empathy, and imagination all things are possible. You can see her producing other WBR events, including eTail Canada, Digital Insurance Summit, and Programmatic Pioneers.

The span of her conference production starts with conducting thousands of hours of phone calls with C-Suite and senior-level industry executives to pinpoint the most pressing topics, trends, innovations, and challenges in the current and future state of the industry.

From there she builds out the agenda, writing compelling topics and inventing and customizing interactive session formats to bring people to the next level of thinking and problem-solving.

After inviting the top minds to join the speaking faculty and putting together the best of the best to speak and panel, she briefs and guides the event's marketing, sales, and sponsorship teams to really bring the event to life and out to market.

Leading up to the event, she prepares speakers so they arrive on-stage confident and excited to deliver the most inspiring, authentic experience they can to their audiences.

You'll see Victoria on-site, so feel free to say hello!

At the core of her being, her goal is to help you become the best version of yourself possible. Throughout her career, she's spearheaded communication and leadership training programs, written and produced engaging content (both for brands and for television across multiple digital media channels), built employee engagement initiatives from the ground up, produced many events, and even dabbles in comedy and music.
