Michelle was appointed Chemours Global Logistics Senior Director in November 2016 after 1.5 years as Chemours Chemical Solutions Sourcing Manager. She started her career in 1988 at Dupont's Performance Coatings (DPC) Marshall Laboratory. Her first 19 years were spent in DPC and Conoco's Environmental (SHE) groups, DPC Regulatory Affairs and Sourcing. In 2007, she moved to Dupont Titanium Technologies and spent the next 8 years in various roles spanning Sourcing (Chloralkali buyer), Minerals and Co-Products Business Manager, Ores Venture Manager and North America Technical Marketing Manager. Michelle holds a M.S. in Environmental Science from Drexel University. She enjoys home projects, sports and the outdoors with her husband, Tim, and their 3 sons. They live in Garnet Valley, PA.

Richard Boulware, MBA, CPSM, is Director, Global Logistics for International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Rich collaborates with procurement, planning and operations to streamline inbound, outbound and intercompany material flows delivering improved levels of cost control, process governance and trade compliance. In his 15 years with IFF, Mr. Boulware has held various positions in IFF’s Supply Chain organization. Mr. Boulware has been an active leader in supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing and global supplier relationship management.
Over his career, he has held roles in engineering and operations in the pharmaceuticals industry and in software development and program management for the automotive industry during the dot com boom. Mr. Boulware recently relocated to the Netherlands to join his peers working in IFF's new Supply Chain Hub office.

Mark Porter is currently the Sourcing & Logistics leader for DuPont’s Nutrition & Health Business. He received his degree from Clemson University in Chemical Engineering and received his CPSM certification (Certified Professional in Supply Management) from the Institute of Supply Management. He has a diverse background at DuPont, having worked in roles in plant engineering, operations, R&D, business leadership, and finance. He has been involved in procurement since 2001 and in his present role leading the Nutrition & Health procurement organization since 2014.

Mark is leading the development and implementation of the global supply chain business strategy for fast growing Advanced Materials business unit of Air Liquide. Business is primarily focused on the design and manufacturing of thin film precursors for the semiconductor industry for use in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) applications.
Mark is responsible for all areas of planning, logistics, and procurement, driving change to the procurement processes including strategic sourcing, raw material procurement, supplier qualification and ongoing supplier quality. He previously worked in Logistics Procurement serving in a variety of roles to include domestic and international modal management. Prior to working at BASF, he was with Honeywell working in a variety of SC Roles at both Business Unit and Corporate Levels.

Steve Watts is the Director of Chlor-Alkali and Blends for Brenntag Northeast, Inc. Steve joined Brenntag in 2012 as their Process Improvement Manager.
Prior to Brenntag, Steve worked for Univar/Basic Chemical Solutions as their Continuous Improvement Lead. Steve obtained his Lean Six Sigma black belt with Rohm and Haas Company when he was in their engineering development program.
Steve graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and later an MBA from Temple University. He is married to Joanne and they have two young children, Andrew and Lauren.

Cliff is an experienced technical professional with a background in a multiple industries (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Foods, & Specialty Chemicals). His skill sets include operations management, quality systems, supply chain planning, capital project management, ERP implementation, and lean six sigma methodologies.
In his recent role as Global Process Manager, Supply Chain - ERP Implementation Core Team at H.B. Fuller, Cliff was part of the ERP Implementation Core Team and served as a Global Subject Matter Expert (SAP / MRP) - scheduling and purchasing, supply chain planning, SAP business processes, quality systems integration, supplier controls and lean business practices.

Vice President of Logistics and Carrier Management
Lori Fellmer has spent the majority of her professional life working on the provider-side of international shipping, including 20 years with a major ocean carrier and and another 5 years in freight forwarding. Her experience spanned many disciplines including pricing, regulatory, sales and operations.
In 2011, Lori made the leap from service provider to shipper. Since then, she has worked with Ashland Chemical and more recently, with BassTech International, where she is Vice President of Logistics and Carrier Management. In both companies, Lori has been responsible to support the supply chain by ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient movement of her company’s chemical products.
Lori likes to use some of her spare time volunteering - including her current role as Treasurer for the International Commerce Club of New Jersey
Hazardous Materials Safety Assistance Team, Eastern Region
Anthony H. “Tony” Murray III joined the U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration in August of 2000. He works out of the Eastern Region Field Office located in West Trenton, NJ. As a member of the Hazardous Materials Safety Assistance Team (HMSAT), he is available to help businesses find the resources needed to comply with the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) and to provide compliance assistance to Federal, state and local governments and the private sector.
Tony is a 1976 graduate of the State University of New York (SUNY) Maritime College earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Transportation. He received a commission as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy Reserve and a Third Mate’s license issued by the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to sail as a deck office in the U.S. Merchant Marine. He then sailed onboard U.S. flag ships for 15 years and advanced his merchant marine license to “Master Unlimited” and also holds the rank of Captain U.S. Navy Reserve (retired).
Captain Murray began his Federal civil service career in December 1991 as a Marine Transportation Specialist for the U.S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command (MSC). After 6 years with MSC, Murray transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard’s National Maritime Center in Arlington, Virginia, where he administered programs related to the certification, training and licensing of U.S. Merchant Marine officers and seamen. After leaving USCG and before coming to the US DOT, Murray spent 2 years with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) as a Marine Accident Investigator in the NTSB Office of Marine Safety.
Tony lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife Mary Lou and daughter Grace.
National Packaging Safety Program Manager/Senior Investigator
Anthony Lima is the National Packaging Safety Program Manager for the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety (PHMSA), Office of Hazardous Materials Safety, Field Operations division. My Lima is the U.S. subject matter expert on United Nations (UN) Performance Oriented Packaging compliance and safety oversight.
PHMSA is the lead agency within U.S. DOT for UN-rated non-bulk and IBC packaging oversight. PHMSA has exclusive regulatory jurisdiction for UN packaging manufacture, testing and certification, as well as other areas such as remanufacture, reconditioning, repair, testing and certification for continued use of packaging. PHMSA also promulgates the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR), Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations.
Among other UN packaging lead service responsibilities, Mr. Lima manages PHMSA’s UN Packaging Validation Testing Program. The U.S. is the only UN State with an enforcement-based package testing program. PHMSA has tested more than 700 domestic and foreign made designs since 1996 as an oversight and safety promotion tool. We assist packaging manufacturers with independent testing to validate performance capabilities for their drums, jerricans, pails, boxes and IBCs. We also identify and offer assistance for designs that do not meet HMR prescribed standards.

John D. Gavas has been with the US Department of Transportation for thirty- two (32) years in Missouri, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware. He currently serves as a Hazardous Materials Programs Specialist for the past ten (10) years with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration covering the Eastern Service Center territory.

Berrin Guner is Professor and Chair of the Marketing/Business Information Systems Department at Rowan University. She holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Drexel University. She has an extensive teaching and research background in the areas of International Marketing and Marketing Strategy. Berrin has also substantial experience in experiential learning, from curriculum development to course delivery. She has overseen over 25 client projects within the last 5 years, which involved various profit and non-profit organizations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Recently, she has been awarded the prestigious Rohrer College of Business, Executive Advisory Council Faculty Award for Innovation in Teaching. Berrin serves as a board member of the International Management Development Association whose mission is management development through the transfer of information and knowledge, learning, cooperation and exchange of personnel.

Saravanan Kuppusamy (SK) holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to PhD, SK was employed for several years in multiple industry verticals including logistics, constructionagricultural equipment manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. His research interests include sustainable operations, supply chain, inventory management and transportation. At Rowan, he teaches global supply chain, supply chain analytics, and business logistics. Before joining Rowan, SK taught at Quinnipiac University for four years.
David Nate is an instructor and advisor in the Marketing and BIS Department of Rohrer College of Business. He teaches Marketing in the Business Environment - Rowan Seminar, Principles of Marketing, Business Logistics, and Principles of Transportation.
Mr. Nate is an alumnus of Glassboro State College with a degree in Marketing Management and Rutgers University where he earned an MBA. He was employed by Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) for 22 years with experience in Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. After Conrail’s acquisition by NS and CSX, Mr. Nate moved on to Sunoco as the Delaware Valley Transportation Coordinator for eight years before returning to Rowan as a member of the Curriculum Advisory Board for Supply Chain Management, in 2009.

Donna came to Cordstrap in 2017 after a 20-year career with Kimberly-Clark Professional. She brings a strong cross-functional background in sales, marketing and manufacturing. Jared Stedl is the Regional Vice President for Schneider Bulk. With 20 years of experience as a transportation professional, Jared is currently accountable for Schneider Bulk Intermodal service, South operations and planning, and shared responsibilities with the Bulk customer service and business development teams.
Jared’s extensive background in the freight transportation industry spans across network, operations, sales, and customer service leadership at the regional and national level. In addition to his current responsibilities, Jared’s professional experience also includes accountability in areas such as finance, driver recruiting, and Intermodal transportation. Mike Andaloro has been a career professional in the global transportation and logistics industry for more than 25 years, performing in a variety of operational leadership capacities within BDP International.
Mike is responsible for the operations of all BDP-owned and joint venture enterprises including 148 offices in 39 countries. In the role of President and Global COO, Mike has responsibility for all operational aspects of the company, including: financial performance of the global enterprise, service requirements and execution, Operations planning and strategy formulation, new business development, and implementation of the corporation’s long-range business plans.
Prior to being named to this current position, Mr. Andaloro was Managing Director of BDP operations in the Asia Pacific region (based in Shanghai, CN 2009 - 2010) and had been the COO for BDP’s US Operations (2004-2009).

He provided the leadership and vision to develop Dunavant into a global logistics service provider. Richard leads his management team in delivering clients lower-landed cost solutions with improved customer service. Formerly, he was vice president of supply chain for the Fortune 300 retailer, AutoZone, and vice president of global logistics for Williams-Sonoma.

Mr. London is a nationally recognized Licensed Customs House Broker and Certified Customs Specialist. After an IT career including work with AT&T and The Associated Press Mr. London a 20+ year veteran of the US Customs and Drawback Industry is now Vice President at Charter Brokerage NY.
Mr. London has been a speaker/panelist at various trade organization conferences. Notably ICPA, AAEI, CSCMP, The Virginia World Trade Organization, St. Louis Trade Compliance and NEXCO.
Mr. London serves on the NCBFAA (1), AAEI (2) and TSN (3) Drawback committees. He developed the first NAFTA drawback process and has worked with Fortune 10-500 companies regarding Importer Self Assessments (ISA) and Duty Drawback Services, helping them recover millions in duty refunds while maintaining compliance to US Customs law and regulations.

Bruce is Director of the Americas for Chemical Search International, a global Executive Search firm focused exclusively on the chemicals and allied industries. He began his career at Union Carbide Corporation in New York City and rapidly progressed into senior executive roles at Carbide and successor companies, including OSi Specialties, Witco Corporation and Crompton Corporation (now Lanxess)
During his career, Bruce has held positions in both publicly traded corporations and privately held middle market companies as Vice President & General Manager, Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, Managing Director, Europe, Africa & the Middle East and as served as a Principal at a global chemical’s consultancy, serving the clients throughout the chemicals & plastics value chain, from petrochemicals to specialties and bio-renewables.

Bruce earned his B.A. in biological sciences from the University of Denver and is a graduate of Dartmouth College’s Amos Tuck School of Business Executive MBA program.
